AYANEO has today announced the AYANEO Pocket Evo, it’s latest Android handheld that seemingly will blow all competition out of the water.
The device features a a Snapdragon G3x Gen 2 processor which should make it extremely capable as far as Android gaming and emulation go, but the highlight is without doubt that 7-inch OLED display with a 120hz refresh rate.
As far as design goes, it takes some major inspiration from the AYANEO 2 and 2S which is one of the most comfortable handhelds that I’ve used, although it does look quite a bit slimmer which makes sense given that it’s an Android device.
It has a battery life in the 8,000 mAhs and the same vibration motor found in the AYANEO 2S as well. The processor allows for you to play games at 15w which should allow for smooth gameplay.
There’s no price yet, but you can keep an eye on the Indiegogo campaign right HERE. If you’re wanting to read more about the AYANEO 2S (which this device is inspired by), you can read my review HERE.
