AYANEO has tonight lifted the lid on the AYANEO Pocket S, the company’s second Android-based handheld that runs the extremely new powerful Snapdragon G3X Gen 2 processor.
The Pocket S has a 6-inch display and will come in 1440p and 1080p variations with the former shipping earlier in mid-May. It’s able to utilise a 15W extreme TDP which should make for great Android gaming and emulation.
The Pocket S has an absolutely stunning design coming in at only 14mm in thickness and 350 grams in weight. It has a borderless integrated glass display and a full metal middle frame. get it in black and white designs.
As far as battery life goes, it has as 6,000mAh capacity battery and supports PD fast charging. It has a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, a MicroSD slot as well as a DP 1.4 port.
For those that want to take comfort to the next level, AYANEO will also be releasing an ergonomic protective case which acts as a grip and there’s also a two-in-one magnetic flip case as well.
AYANEO will be expanding on its AYASpace for Android that released with the Pocket Air and will enhance the software management experience.
