The Google Pixel 9 event will take place on August 14th at 3:00am AEST here in Australia. We’ll have all of the announcements as soon as they happen.
The MadeByGoogle 24 Keynote is happening tonight, which is much earlier this year, taking place several months before it has in the years gone by. It’s expected that we’ll see a bunch of new phone reveals in the Google Pixel 9 range (more than ever before) as well as accessories.

Google has already teased several of the devices that it will be revealing including the Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold and Google Pixel 9 Pro which you can see teasers for below:
As rumoured, the Google Pixel 9 Pro has a new raised camera bump that looks absolutely stunning, whilst the Pixel 9 Pro Fold has that same raised camera bump that makes it look a lot more premium. Alongside the design reveal of both phones, Google also showed off Gemini running on both of the phones which is expected to be a big feature next month.
Just as a reminder for the first time the Pixel 9 Pro is set to come in a standard size to match the Pixel 9 as well as a 9 Pro XL, offering the better phone in two sizes for the first time ever.
In terms of exactly what we can expect to see next month:
Those that pre-order either the Pixel 9 Pro or Pixel 9 Pro Fold when it’s announced next month will get a limited-edition collectible whilst stocks last. You can find out more about that here.
