Astro Bot is finally coming out next week, and with it is the next limited edition DualSense controller which is all about everyone’s favourite little robot.
This is a special controller for a few reasons. The first is that is a matte all-white design, which differs from the original white DualSense controller with a full white faceplate, white analogue sticks and white shoulder buttons as well. There’s also little carved out sci-fi lines in the controller which is an extra nice touch to make it look a little different from the original DualSense controller.
The other differences are even more special though. There’s the blue accents all over the controller with the buttons all having blue icons, and these really nice blue metallic grips that didn’t quite come through in the official photos, but they’re a lot more reflective than expected.
Obviously there’s the iconic Astro eyes on the touch pad and whilst they don’t move, it’s still a really nice touch that well reflects the controller that you see in-game. There’s also a little Astro logo on the back of the controller as well.
At the time of writing, the only place to still be stocking the Astro Bot controller is Amazon and Big W. It’s sold out everywhere else and you can grab it HERE. Traditionally, these don’t come back in stock once they do sell out.
