Foxtel Has Announced All Of The Streaming Services That Are Joining Hubbl

Foxtel announced its new streaming box and TV called Hubbl last year. It’s designed to bring every streaming service from Foxtel and other platforms onto the one platform and it’s today announced all of the streaming services that will be launching on the platform as well as those that will be coming a little after launch.

STREAMING SERVICES AVAILABLE ON HUBBL

  • Netflix
  • Disney+
  • Prime Video
  • YouTube
  • Apple TV+
  • Paramount+
  • Kayo Sports
  • Lifestyle
  • Stan
  • Binge
  • Optus Sport
  • Flash
  • ABC iView
  • ABC Kids
  • SBS On Demand
  • 7plus
  • 9 Now
  • 10 Play

Stan, Optus Sport and Paramount+ will join the Hubbl platform soon after launch whilst the rest of the services will launch alongside it. Lifestyle is a brand new channel that will presumably bring Foxtel’s lifestyle content together in similar way that Kayo is to sport.

Obviously, the number one thing to set Hubbl on the path to success was the streaming services available, and I far as I can see, nothing is missing from the list from the major players both locally and globally, so it’s off to a great start.

Just as a reminder, Hubbl will launch within two devices. One is a small device called Hubbl Hub that plugs into your TV (presumably by HDMI) and the other is a standalone TV called Hubbl Glass that will have a soundbar built in that will come pre-installed with the Hubbl platform.

Patrick Delany, CEO of Hubbl, says, “Hubbl will effortlessly fuse free and paid entertainment and sport from Australia’s favourite apps, channels, live TV and the internet into one seamless user experience.

“Hubbl is only as good as the breadth and depth of apps integrated onto the platform to ensure a truly converged streaming experience and in removing frustration when it comes to the choice of what to watch. It’s a huge testament to the transformative Hubbl technology that these world-class and much loved local partners have chosen to reshape the streaming experience with us. The future of TV and streaming is here.”
