Apple has announced the new iPhone 15. It has the A16 chip which was featured in last year’s iPhone 14 Pro.

Apple revealed that the iPhone 15 will have USB-C which will be used both for charging and data transfer.

The other biggest change is absolutely the new colours including the gorgeous new pink colour. It will also come in black, blue, green and yellow.

It has a dynamic island, and a new OLED display with up to 2000 nits of peak brightness. It will come in 6.1-inches for the iPhone 15 and 6.7-inches for the iPhone 15 Plus.

As far as the camera goes, it has a 48MP camera which is a big step-up for the lower-end device and a 2x telephoto mode that utilises those 48MP to crop in. Apple announced a new mode that will use the neural engine to automatically detect when there is a person, dog or cat and apply the depth effect of a portrait, even after taking the photo.
