Ahead of CES 2023 next week. kor at its new automotive displays that will use a bunch of first in market display technologies.
Sticking with what LG has been known for in the last 5 or so years, the LG provided vehicle displays will use P-OLED which will make for ultra large, bendable displays that offer low power consumption whilst still remaining ultra-bright.
LG has also said that some of the displays will feature a Glasses-Free 3D Instrument Panel as well as Viewing Angle Control Technology that hasn’t been seen in cars before.
Obviously, it’ll probably be a while before we see these in actual car displays, but with Sony also entering the vehicle space with Honda, it’s going to be interesting to see how these tech companies rival the likes of Telstra in this space.
