The PS5 Slim released just a couple of months ago, and one of the biggest reasons that PlayStation gamers were upset was the fact that their faceplates wouldn’t pull across to the new version.
PlayStation were very quick to say that it would be releasing its Deep Earth collection as well as a matte black console cover, but this is our first look at the former, including Volcanic Red, Cobalt Blue and Sterling Silver.

Interestingly enough, these appear to be all matte, rather than the half gloss/half matte that the original white PS5 console cover released in.
