Razercon took place overnight and one of my favourite announcements was the new Razer Laptop Cooling Pad which is designed to make your laptop run cooler.
The Razer Laptop Cooling Pad is an intelligent cooling solution for 14-inch to 18-inch laptops. It features smart fan control, an airtight pressure chamber and three magnetic frames which will allow it to support a wide variety of laptop. It has a high-velocity 140mm fan that circulates cool air that is trapped within the airtight seals to make your laptop run up to 18% cooler.
The stand uses smart cooling technology to automatically adjust the span feed based on temperatures of key components to allow for an optimal noise performance without having to tweak things too closely.
The stand includes remappable buttons for controlling fan speed and RGB lighting as well as three USB-A ports on the back so you can use it as a hub.
The Razer Laptop Cooling Pad releases in Australia in Q4 and it’s available to order on Razer’s website for $219.95 AUD.
