Samsung’s Odyssey OLED range were some of my favourite products in 2023 and they’re taking it to a whole new level in 2024.
There’s three monitors in the 2024 range, the Odyssey OLED G9 (G95SD model), Odyssey OLED G8 (G80SD model) and the Odyssey OLED G6 (G60SD model), but they highlights for me are absolutely the G8 and G6 which are both flat OLED monitors.
The Odyssey OLED G8 is a 32-inch 4K monitor with a 240hz refresh rate and the OLED G6 is a 27-inch 1440p monitor with a 360hz refresh rate. Both monitors have incredible sleek designs with thin bezels and displays as well as Core Lighting+.
The three monitors have two HDMI 2.1 ports, a USB hub and DisplayPort 1.4 input as well as Samsung’s Smart TV technology built in.
The whopper Odyssey OLED G9 49-inch monitor (we reviewed the 2023 version here) seems to be fairly similary
but along with the G8 has a new Multi Control feature that provides seamless connectivity between monitors and other Samsung devices.
