For the last few years, Apple has released a special Pride Edition band during the months of Pride in the US, and it done so again this year.
Apple says that the new Pride sport band design showcases the original pride flag rainbow colours and five others — black and brown symbolise Black and Latin communities, in addition to those who have passed away from or are living with HIV/AIDS, while light blue, pink and white represent transgender and nonbinary individuals.
To go with the matching Pride band, Apple will also release a dynamic wallpaper for both the iPhone and Apple Watch.
The Pride Edition Sport Band will be available to order from Apple’s online stores on May 23rd and in-stores on May 24th. It’ll cost $69 AUD.
