Apple has today announced that the Apple TV app is now available on Android devices allowing people to subscribe to and watch Apple TV+ and Major League Soccer right on their Android devices.
As of right now, you can get the app on phones, tablets and foldables and Apple has gone all out for the experience even creating a custom experience for those on foldable devices. In an interesting move, you can sign-up to Apple TV+ and the MLS Season pass using your Google Play account on your Android device and there’s a seven day trial that you can take advantage of as well.
The Apple TV app on Android has all the familiar features including Continue Watching to let you continue watching across all of your devices as well as Watchlist to keep track of what you want to watch in the future.
Apple TV+ is $12.99 a month and is home to series like Severance, Slow Horses, Morning Wars, Presumed Innocent, Shrinking, Hijack, Loot, Palm Royale, Masters of the Air, and Ted Lasso. Subscribers can also access Apple Original films like Wolfs, The Instigators, The Family Plan, Killers of the Flower Moon, CODA, and more.
