Nintendo has revealed the first Nintendo Switch 2 Joy-Con colour variant and it will be a light purple/light green combination.
I was personally wondering how they’d handle this given the design of the Joy-Con 2 which features coloured accents in the analogue stick ring and rail as opposed to the entire Joy-Con as seen with the original, and that’s exactly how Nintendo have opted to go with the new colours only featured on the ring under the analogue stick, on the magnetic connector and the wrist-strap, the latter which can’t be seen when connected to the Nintendo Switch 2.
These will release on February 12th alongside Mario Tennis Fever and they’re up for pre-order for $139.95 on the My Nintendo Store HERE.
For those that are disappointed, Dbrand has once again released a skin that goes over the top and sides of the Joy-Con that fully play into the new colours and I have to say that they look great:
