LEGO has this morning lifted the lid on the LEGO GameBoy and it is without doubt the nicest LEGO Nintendo set yet.
It features a near 1:1 replica of the original GameBoy, with all moving buttons including the d-pad, select/start buttons, A/B buttons as well as the volume/brightness sliders as well.
if that wasn’t enough for you, it also comes with The Legend of Zelda and Mario carts that also go inside the back of the GameBoy as well as three lenticular screens (Zelda, Mario and the start-up screen) that can be changed out in the GameBoy as well.
The LEGO GameBoy is $99.95 which feels like a great price for the 421 piece set that honours one of the most iconic pieces of gaming history and you can pre-order it on the LEGO store ahead of it’s October release HERE.
