The Razer Viper V4 Pro Gaming Mouse Has Been Revealed With Some Solid Improvements

Razer has today unveiled the Razer Viper V4 Pro gaming mouse alongside the Gigantic V2 Pro mouse mats that pair perfectly with it.

The V4 Pro is capable of 8,000 Hz polling both wirelessly and through wired with ultra fast latency with 0.204ms for clicks and 0.36ms for motion. It has a new 50K Optical Sensor Gen-3 with 50,000 DPI and a new optical scroll wheel that is 3.3 times more reliable.

The switches in the mouse have been totally re-designed with faster response times and an up to 100 million click lifestyle. It weighs just 49 grams which is 9% lighter than the Viper V3 Pro.

There is a new hemispherical dongle that allows for increased connectivity, but it also shows you information such as battery life, polling rate and connection strength as well.

To go alongside the Viper V4 Pro are the new V2 Pro mouse mats which come in five flavours:

• Max Control: Ultra-high friction for flick precision.

• Control: High friction for consistent micro-adjustments.

• Balance: Medium friction for a hybrid glide.

• Speed: Low friction for fast swipes.

• Max Speed: Ultra-low friction for lightning-quick movements.
