Retro gamers have been waiting for Retroid to announce its first dual screen handled following the recently release of the popular Retroid Nova, and it seems like we won’t have to be waiting too long with the company testing the Retroid Pocket Duo.
There’s not a lot we can see from the teaser video, but people are expecting it to likely use the Pocket Nova’s 4.5-inch display as its bottom display which would be perfect for older systems whilst likely incorporating a 16:9 OLED display on the top for 16:9 gaming.
Retroid has single screen flip handhelds, and it does have a secondary attachment that can be attached to the Nova and other handhelds, but this will be its first dual screen device, hopefully learning from sister company with the AYN Thor which has taken the internet by storm this year.
We’ll keep you posted as we learn more about the Retroid Pocket Duo, and hopefully it won’t be too long before we get to know more.
