The WD_Black Xbox Series X|S SSD Expansion Card Is Down To Its Cheapest Price Yet

The WD_Black Xbox Series X|S 1TB SSD Expansion Card dropped in stores almost a year ago, providing a cheaper alternative to the Seagate version, and it’s hugely discounted for Prime Day. The 1TB version is down to $176 which is 41% off whilst the 512GB version is down to $110 which is 18% off.

Just as a reminder, this goes into an empty slot in the back of your Xbox Series X or Xbox Series S and whilst it has been more expensive than the PS5 alternative, it’s a lot easier, and a plug and play solution between consoles as well.

If you’re after a PS5 SSD, the SN850p is down to $267 which is 21% off so it’s also a great deal, and in my opinion it is the nicest looking SSD on the market with its shiny PS5 logo. You can grab that HERE.

“Xbox consoles have been a much beloved gaming staple in households around the globe for decades,” said Susan Park, vice president, global strategic partnerships at Western Digital.  “With the introduction of the WD_BLACK C50 Expansion Card for Xbox, gamers can continue to enjoy their favorite games with more flexibility so they can focus on accomplishing their next mission or defeating their final boss.”
