Aussie comparison website Finder has just released its annual customer satisfaction award results and in the TV space, Samsung has came out on top for a fourth consecutive year as the ‘Best TV brand’ in Australia.
As rated by Australian consumers, 12 TV brands were rated against Performance, Ease of use, Image quality, Features & Design, Value for money, and Overall experience and Samsung performed well with a 4.8/5 for image quality, features & design and a 4.7 for performance and ease of use, with a huge 93% approval rating.
Samsung also received highly commended accolades in the Microwave and Refrigerator categories.
We recently got to go eyes on with Samsung’s 2023 TV range, and were blown away all the way from the top end with its new S95C OLED TV and continuing on to its 4K QLED line and lifestyle TVs, claiming that there’s truly something for every Aussie home in the range.
