The XGIMI Horizon Ultra was announced last month, and it’s now available for pre-order in Australia.
The XGIMI Horizon Ultra will release on October 25th in Australia and will cost $3,199 AUD. You can get $300 off by pre-ordering on Amazon which brings it down to $2,899 AUD.
It’s apparently the first long-throw 4K projector to offer Dolby Vision with an incredible 2300 ISO lumens that will offer up a great amount of brightness. This results in an almost 80% increase over the XGIMI Horizon Pro.
It also has dual light technology pairing LED and laser technology to deliver great colour accuracy, brightness and colour gamut.
For gamers, the projector offers a gaming mode that will provide an 18ms latency at 4K/60Hz, and historically the Horizon projectors have been great for gaming.
It also has XGIMI’s new intelligent screen adaption 3.0 technology which will allow for easier placement thanks to auto correction, wall colour adjustment and optical zoom.
It also offers Dolby Audio with its Harman Kardon speakers that includes 2x12w in-built speakers inside the unit.
