Anker has announced the PowerHouse 767 which is a massive portable power station that can charge an entire house for days-on end. It’s designed to be used during blackouts for or living off the grid. The device will launch this Winter in Australia for $3,699 AUD.
The power station houses a massive 2048Wh of power that can be doubled to 4096Wh with a 760 Expansion battery. It has smart AC sockets that can detect when a plug is inserted and turn it off within 15 minutes if no plug is detected to ensure that power isn’t being wasted.
As far as inputs go, it has 3 x AC inputs, 3 x USB C 100w PD ports, 2 x USB A ports and 2 x carports meaning that you’re literally covered for any amount of ports that you could ever want. It also has a suitcase design making it super easy to lug around.
The power station has been rated for 3,000 full charging cycles whilst maintaining a 100% capacity, and continually monitors temperatures to ensure it isn’t being overloaded.
