Apple has announced a new baseline iPad. It’s been redesigned with no home button, and USB-C. The front facing camera has also been moved to the landscape positioning which makes a lot more sense for Facetime calls.
The iPad is now compatible with Apple Pencil, but the original one, so you’ll need a lightning to USB-C adaptor to be able to use it.
The new iPad is available from October 26th and starts at $749 for Wi-Fi or $999 with Wi-Fi + cellular.
Apple also announced a new iPad Pro with an M2 chip as well as a new hovering Appel Pencil 2 feature that gives you feedback right as you place the Apple Pencil down.
The new iPad Pro with M2 will be available on October 26th and start at $1,399 for 11 inch and $1,899 for 12.9 inch.
A new Apple TV has also been announced with an A15 Bionic Chip. It now has HDR10+ support alongside Dolby Vision is also cheaper than the last iteration.
The new Apple TV is available from November 4th and costs $219 for the Wi-Fi version (64GB storage) or $249 for the Wi-Fi + Ethernet (with 128GB storage).
