New Apple Display

Several New Apple Monitors Are Apparently On The Way

Apple Silicon for all.

Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman is reporting that Apple is set to release several new monitors that are built on its own Apple Silicon technology.

Similar to the Apple Studio display that was launched earlier this year, it’s said that a new Pro Display XDR would release with Apple Silicon internals. This would allow the monitor to do more of the heavy lifting rather than the attached device. It’s also reported that Apple could be working on a 27″ Mini-LED display with ProMotion for release in 2023.

Gurman also reports that the Apple Mac Pro is far along in development. Previously, Apple had said that it would convert all Macs to Apple Silicon within two years, which has now passed. It’s said that the Mac Pro will com with a brand new M2 Ultra chip that will have up to 24 CPU gores and 76 graphical cores with support for 192GB of memory. This will be heavily customisable just like Mac Pros of the past.

It’s also said that the Mac Mini will be getting M2 and M2 Pro variations with M2 Pro and M2 Max MacBook Pros also gearing up to be released next year.
