In an update that absolutely nobody expected, Sony has announced the WH-1000XM4C headphones, which are built on the six year XM4 headphones that are now two generations old, but still incredibly solid.
They have a updated sound tuning with a 10-band equaliser introduced for personalised listening, but apart from that sound quality as well as noise cancelling seem to be the same from they were six years ago (which is a good thing). These will be available in black, silver and lavender when they release in late October for $449.95 AUD. You can pre-order them HERE.
Sony also announced the WH-CH730N and WH-CH530 with the former having a foldable design, improved call quality and a longer battery life and the CH530 has those same improvements with a more company design that’s available in six colours.
