AYANEO held an impromptu livestream earlier today to lift the lid off the AYAENO Kun, the company’s largest portable to date as well as the AYANEO Slide which features a full keyboard under the screen.
AYANEO KUN
The AYANEO KUN has a Ryzen 7 7840U processor. It has dual touchpads, dual speakers, an 8.4″ 2.5K IPS display, four back buttons and an optimised grip. It also has a super large battery at 75Wh. There’s also a kickstacnd to place the device on a table and use an external controller to play games.
The handheld will come in a wooden bamboo box which looks very pretty, and fitting with the premium features of the KUN.
You can find more information on the AYANEO KUN on the product page right HERE.
AYANEO SLIDE
The AYANEO Slide was announced some time ago and is finally releasing with a Ryzen 7 7840 U processor. It has a 6″ 1080p IPS display that can have its angle adjusted.
The huge difference with the AYANEO Slide is the fact that the screen slides up to reveal a full ergonomic keyboard, which is actually great as it solves one of the biggest issues that I’ve had with Windows handhelds to date which is the on-screen keyboard.
We’ll get more information including price and release date for both devices in August.
