Two new Xbox controllers have leaked this morning thanks to a Brazilian retailer with the Xbox Elite 3 controller and a new Xbox Cloud controller both seemingly set to release this year.
The Xbox Elite 3 controller has an updated d-pad, two new scroll wheel buttons that could be used as a different control method for games such as Microsoft Flight Simulator, a smaller removable battery and the ability to go between connecting via Bluetooth and directly to Wi-Fi for Xbox Cloud Gaming to improve latency.

The other controller is a smaller Xbox controller that will come in both black and white and have a rechargeable battery. It seems to utilise both BlueTooth connectivity and Wi-Fi connectivity to similarly be able to go between being used with an Xbox and directly to the Cloud to improve latency. This absolutely looks like an Xbox controller but it’s noticeably smaller than anything else that they’ve released yet.

Obviously because these have leaked via a regulator, there is no release date yet, but given they’re both being sent to regulators, I’d be shocked if these weren’t announced at the Xbox Games Showcase next month and released later this year.
