Following in the footsteps of the Sony INZONE over ear headphones that launch last year, Sony has today announced the INZONE Buds.
The Sony INZONE Buds feature low latency, through its USB-C dongle that can be used with your PS5, PC or mobile device, as well as active noise cancelling, spatial audio and microphones that include AI enhanced noise suppression.
Battery life is a big inclusion here. You can get 12 hours out of a single charge with the earbuds thanks to Sony’s new L1 chip, which extends to 24 hours using the case, but this pushes out to even longer if you’re using Bluetooth Low Energy with suggestions of it being up to 48 hours in this mode.

SONY INZONE BUDS AUSTRALIAN PRICE AND RELEASE DATE
The Sony INZONE Buds will cost $350 AUD and launch later this month. They will come in black. In New Zealand and other territories a white version will also launch to match the PS5.
The INZONE Buds aren’t to be confused with the PlayStation Pulse Explore wireless earbuds that are coming later this year and seem to share many of the same features. We still don’t have a release date or Australian prices on these yet.
